Sometimes I want to Scream.

Hey everyone!

Thank you for all of your well wishes. I am finally feeling no longer dying better! Just in time for Halloween. Whoo hoo. And as much as I hated my immune system, I at least have to give it props on the timing. I would have been depressed having to miss Halloween. And like my hubs says, you know I am better when I have my sassiness back :) And boy, is it back. Today especially.

Columbus drivers honestly make me crazy. And not just any crazy. I am talking about the wanting-to-rip-my-hair-out crazy. So crazy, that not even a Britney song can save me at that point.

I am not kidding when I say that I always manage to get stuck behind the 90 year old people who shouldn’t be on the road driving 20 miles an hour. Or next to the semi-truck drivers who have death wishes and I’m convinced want to kill me. Or the dude in the clunker that is just cruising, taking his damn time bumping music so loud that you can’t even enjoy it. Then there are also those people who forget that their car came equipped with a turn signal.

And then comes my favorite: if there is any form of precipitation everyone LOSES THEIR COMMON SENSE and completely forgets how to drive (if they even knew how in the first place).

I am SO not looking forward to the next 5 months of my life on the road. AT ALL.

But what i AM looking forward to is the WEEKEND! I will post more on that later this week, including our plans and costumes ;)

HAPPY WEDNESDAY EVERYONE!

  2. I live in Columbus too, and you are preaching to the choir!!!! If there is a 20% chance of rain that day you better add at least 15 minutes to your drive because just the chance of rain makes people crazy. This morning even, there was an accident on my way in to work and the COP CAR CUT ME OFF! No turn signal, they turned there lights on right before he proceeded to cut me off and then had the nerve to shake his finger at me.

  7. Precipitation is to you guys what rain is to Californians. People's lives just STOP because they are so turned around by it. Ridic!

  8. Columbus drivers are the WORST! Hubs and I always talk about that!! Even though I am from Columbus, I can proudly say I am not one of the crazies (in my opinion). No turn signals were the worst until the ROUNDABOUTS came along!! Seriously, is it that hard to drive in a circle?!

  11. I somehow stumbled upon your blog in the mass of images in a google search. I looked at the pic I was sent to and read that day's entry. Before I knew it I believe I read a couple months. You are a funny gal! I love it! I now have your blog in my favorites and will be visiting often.
