Two Crazy Kids!

Happy Thursday Friday ladies! Yupp, today is our Friday. Both hubs and I are taking tomorrow off from work to extend our already long weekend into a 4-day randevouz.

And what a better way to kick off the weekend than an improptu trip to the happiest place on Earth Disney World IKEA aka a maze of fabulously cheap furniture. Weeeeeeeeeeee!
I love their designs, prices, stores, food, and whatever else they decide to create in the future. And the best part is that we have an unlimited amount of time to spend there, which you know spells d-a-n-g-e-r.

When I enter Ikea, I feel a sense of excitement that is far different than my other favorite furniture stores- mainly because when I walk in, I don't have to start calculating the total in my head. Walking through Ikea's beautiful but maze-like showroom and seeing the ridiculously low prices gives me the same excitment I got the first time I discovered F21.

Stylish, modern clothes furniture at amazingly low prices. :: heaven ::

Ikea is like buying expensive champagne on a beer budget!

Not to mention that you can pick up a couch, futon, picture of Audrey Hepburn and a cinnamon roll in the checkout lane for like $4.37. (slight exageration) It truly is amazing. Oh, and they also sell 50 cent hot dogs. (hubs' favorite part) Seriously, this place couldnt be more perfect if they tried.

Well, except for one thing-- the store is a tad bit hard to navigate. So if you are smart enough to carry your cin roll with you, you could leave small crumbs along the path and maybe, possibly found your way out. But, we don't bother with that :)

TRIPS TO IKEA MAKE ME A HAPPY GIRL!

Happy Friday, everyone!

p.s. before I forget to mention, go BUCKS! We just got tickets to go to the game Saturday, so I will make sure I take lots of pictures!

  1. Totally agree, especially about the "hard to navigate" part. The first time my husband and I went in an Ikea, we felt so lost! Too bad we didn't have cinnamon bun crumbs to guide us out!

  2. I keep hearing about this store but there are none in Colorado so that sucks.

I heart Ikea, some days I just go there to walk around and browse, not even buying anything.
