I have cooked dinner so far every day this week! I know it’s only Wednesday, but I am still going strong, thankyouverymuch. I have a meal in our crock-pot, as we speak. I didn't want to jinx it and make my announcement early, but I had to brag. Especially since one of my resolutions is to make dinner ONCE a week. I already beat that! Maybe I should bump that up to three times a week? But then again, I like low expectations. They are easy to live up to and I can stay motivated :)
