Serious.
This goes right up there with running up and down the bleachers in 90 degree weather. So to make this story short, if you are thinking about buying this DVD but are not sure, I am here to tell you to do it! 20 minutes flies by extremely fast and I can feel every single muscle in my body burning. I am on fire!

I do pilates regularly, but it's mostly for strenth and toning. I need a good cardio. Is this video a good cardio workout??

ReplyDeleteI have her DVD and YES it kicks your butt!!! I love it :) Sometimes I'm just not in the mood to work out and this gets the job done. I haven't done it in a while but I am inspired to get back into it!! thanks!!
